Refunds & exchanges

Please choose your items carefully and read the applicable product descriptions as we only replace/refund items if they are deemed to be defective or damaged.

We do not refund or exchange on change of mind, changes in circumstance or incorrect ordering. You can change colours, but this can only be done before your order is shipped.

We take the utmost care when providing accurate product descriptions and we thoroughly check and carefully package your items before sending them to you.

In the unlikely event that your item/s is/are defective, damaged or incorrect (i.e. we've sent you the wrong product by mistake), please contact us via email ( within 7 days of receiving your order to make arrangements. Please provide a description and photos of the fault or issue.
